I'm glad that you mentioned the cycling through this poem. It was important to me, because I feel very strongly that those simple words describe so much, and offer a bridge to the experience that inspired them.
I keep having dreams that are auditory. Its like there is nothing visible, just song. Sometimes its songs remembered, sometimes its songs freshly woven together, but they haunt me, and they echoe, and they're real.
what amazing dreamscape! i keep dreaming of blood and betrayal and all-encompassing sadism and psychotorture. its time to sip a cuppa under my friend the gum tree, for she is in flower and it never lasts as long as we think it will, and her flowering is the only type of abundance we need.

There is this entire aspect of dreams that have everything to do with the current events of life, and sorry to say, your dreams illustrate whats happening on all levels of this human experience. At least, such is my own experience.
Personally, when I get dragged into this dreaming, I do not like or enjoy it.
