I can understand what you write here and have come to understand that the written word can dismantle and take apart the illusion, if done by the right people and done well. The welding on the brain was a really good way of putting how the human can be shifted and altered, I've always wondered how it was done as I think humans should think for themselves but once its indoctrinated from a young age its very hard to undo. I've never been to church and I've never had a moment of touching the divine, the closest I think I have gotten is swimming in the mountain lake growing up when we went camping. I'm of the perspective that there is more than one way to be with the flow, it is something that can be found, discovered through a diversity of approaches, some big, some very small. There are times when the harmonization is very subtle, hardly noticeable, but things just keep clicking when one is letting it fall away, and just allowing everything to be.
Swimming could easily be open to this level of being.
